Policy 4025: Dissemination of Individualized Education Information

The Chappaqua Central School District shall ensure that all special education teachers and related service providers who are responsible for implementing an Individualized Education Program (IEP) be provided with a copy of the IEP and that it shall be shared with all general education teachers and teaching assistants consistent with the requirements of state law.

The Special Education Case Manager shall inform those staff mentioned above of their role in implementing a student's IEP.

All staff reviewing a student's IEP agree to maintain strict confidentiality of its contents and not disclose any of the information therein to others without a need to know.

The Superintendent or designee shall develop regulations to implement the provisions of this policy.
