1.    Call to Order

2.    Pledge of Allegiance

President Warren Messner called for a motion to convene the special public meeting 8:00 am.

Motioned by Victoria Tipp to convene the special public meeting at 8:00 am.  Seconded by Holly McCall.  Motion carried 4-0.  Board Vice President Jane Kimmel Shepardson was absent.

3.    BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Board of Education will adjourn into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular person.  

Motioned by Victoria Tipp to convene into Executive Session at 8:01 am.  Seconded by Jeffrey Mester.  Motion carried 4-0.  Board Vice President Jane Kimmel Shepardson was absent.

4.    Re-convene Public Meeting

Motioned by Victoria Tipp to re-convene into a public meeting at 8:20 am.  Seconded by Holly McCall.  Motion carried 4-0.  Board Vice President Jane Kimmel Shepardson was absent.

5.    Recommended Action:  Personnel

Dr. Ackerman recommended Item 5.1 as stated below.

5.1    Instructional

Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board hereby terminates the coaching assignment of Thomas DeLuca, Junior Varsity Girls basketball coach, effective Wednesday, December 26, 2018.

Appointment: Coaching – Horace Greeley High School, effective December 27, 2018.

Motioned by Jeffrey Mester to approve Item 5.1 as stated above.  Seconded by Holly McCall.  Motion carried 4-0. Board Vice President Jane Kimmel Shepardson was absent.
