"BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education hereby authorizes the attached Agreements for Services for the individuals and agencies listed below effective for the 2012/2013 school year, or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education":

Successful Learning Center.

Resolution:

"BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education hereby appoints the individuals listed as AP proctors to be employed on an "as needed" basis effective for the 2012/2013 school year, or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education":

Janine Bronen, and

Linda DiChiara Williams.

Request for Discretionary Leave of Absence:

Mr. Dillon Clark, Teaching Assistant, Horace Greeley High School, effective January 3, 2013 through January 18, 2013.

Resignation:

Ms. Linda Adair, Regular Substitute Teaching Assistant, Horace Greeley High School, effective January 11, 2013.

Appointment: Regular Substitute

Ms. Jennifer Durand, Regular Substitute Teacher of Elementary Education, Westorchard Elementary School, effective November 29, 2012 through June 30, 2013 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).

Ms. Jillian Durante, Regular Substitute Teaching Assistant, Horace Greeley High School, effective January 28, 2013 through June 30, 2013 (or earlier at the discretion of the Board of Education).

Approve CSE summaries reported to the Board on January 25, 2013.

Gift from Friends of Greeley Theatre in the amount of $2,596.02 for purchase of the following items to be used in conjunction with the March production of Les Liaisons Dangereuses as well as for future Greeley Theatre Company productions: 1) $2,000.00 - assorted lumber, fabric and drapery supplies needed to build the set of Les Liaisons Dangereuses and 2) $596.02 - (4) Clear-Com Intercom Headsets (used by production crews, to replace broken headsets and increase permanent inventory).

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes the Board President to execute a Release and Settlement Agreement regarding Student No. 700140. A copy of said agreement shall be incorporated by reference into the minutes of this meeting.

Appoint the attached list of individuals as Subcommittee Chairpersons of the Committee on Special Education (CSE) for the remainder of the 2012-13 school year.
