BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby decreases the hours of Ann Lim - Teacher Aide at Westorchard Elementary School to 28.75 hours per week, effective September 2, 2014.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby increases the hours of Amy Love - Teacher Aide at Westorchard Elementary School to 31.25 hours per week, effective September 2, 2014.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby amends the appointment of Nicole Aurand - Teacher Aide at Westorchard Elementary School to Teacher Aide at Roaring Brook Elementary School, effective September 2, 2014.

BE it resolved, that the Board of Education authorizes the transfer of the following reserve fund to the General Fund as specified in the approved 2014-15 budget:

Resolution for Obsolete items.

WHEREAS, the District owns the attached list of computer assets used by the Technology Department which are no longer useful or necessary for school district purposes and are of no value to the School District;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board hereby declares such assets to be surplus property and of no value to the School District and authorizes the disposal of such equipment in a prudent manner in accordance with law.

Approve Summer Transportation Contract Extension effective July 1, 2014 - August 31, 2014 in the amount of $240,899.37.

Approve contract with Bedford Central School District for SAIL II, effective September 2, 2014 - June 25, 2015, for the most current special education non-resident tuition rate approved by New York State.

Approve Final Contract of Services with PNWBOCES for 2013-14 in the amount of $3,350,603.70

Approve proposal from KG&D for schematic designs Horace Greeley Cafeteria Renovation & Science Room Conversion into a Makers Space for $8,875, plus $3,000 flat fee for SED meetings, submission and coordination.

Be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby appoints Steven Latino, Esq. Of Shaw, Perelson, May and Lambert, LP as a Title VI / Title VII / Title IX Investigator pursuant to Board Policies 0120 and 3015, effective August 28, 2014.

Recommendation for National School Breakfast Program - seeking Board approval to join the National School Breakfast Program at the high and middle schools.

Appoint the all the Assistant Principal(s) in each of the school buildings as DASA Coordinators, according to Policy No. 5052 Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination Prevention and Intervention Policy.

Approve replacement copier agreement with Xerox for Grafflin, Westorchard, Bell, Seven Bridges and Horace Greeley at a cost savings of $6,362.76 annually.
