BE IT RESLOVED that the Board of Education hereby appoints Dr. Kusum Sinha, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Leadership Development, to serve as Interim Superintendent of Schools, effective July 1, 2017 to July 5, 2017.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education adopts the findings of fact and penalty determination of Hearing Officer Carol M. Hoffman, dated June 19, 2017 regarding SED File No. 30,541, and directs the Superintendent of Schools to effectuate the disciplinary action set forth in Hearing Officer's Opinion and Award, effective June 21, 2017.
