President Gardner convened the public board meeting at 8:45 a.m.

Moved by Alyson Gardner to convene the public board meeting at 8:45 a.m. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

Moved by Alyson Gardner to appoint Jeffrey Mester District Clerk Pro Tem. Seconded by Warren Messner. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

Moved by Alyson Gardner to enter into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular corporation. Seconded by Jeffrey Mester. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.

Moved by Alyson Gardner to reconvene the public board meeting at 9:40 a.m. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser, was not present.
