President Gardner convened the public meeting at 7:56 a.m.

Moved by Jeffrey Mester to convene the public board meeting at 7:56 a.m. Seconded by Victoria Tipp. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser was absent.

Moved by Victoria Tipp, seconded by Jeffrey Mester that the Board of Education hereby approves the RFP for Consulting Services. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser was absent.

Moved by Warren Messner at 8:10 a.m. to enter into Executive Session to discuss the employment history of a particular person(s). Seconded by Jeffrey Messner. Motion carried 4-0. Board member, Karen Visser was absent.
