Dear Chappaqua School Community,
As our first full week of iLearning draws to a close, I find myself incredibly proud of what our school community has accomplished in such a short amount of time. Our educators, parents, and students have reimagined our home-school partnership.
Together we will continue to navigate this uncharted virtual environment. I am grateful for the dedication of our faculty and staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure that our students continue to enjoy the best educational experience available. I am grateful for our parents who have provided the structure, support and environment for our children to continue their learning at home. I am grateful for our leaders who had the vision and courage to prepare and launch our iLearning system. And I am grateful for the efforts of our support staff who are working behind the scenes to keep our systems running even as the buildings are closed.
These tremendous efforts were only overshadowed by our amazing students who demonstrate the resilience and perseverance necessary to motivate us all to continue to be our best selves. What we have done as an interconnected community has been remarkable in so many ways. I thank you all for coming together and giving your all during this challenging time.
When you have a moment, please take the opportunity to view highlights from our work this week.
Please know that you and your families have been, and will remain,in our thoughts. We are already hearing how this pandemic has impacted many of you. Please know that you will have our full support as we navigate this health crisis. Thank you for sharing the best of yourselves as we face this uncertainty together. Although we remain socially distant, please be assured that we are here should you need us.
