Fee for Sports Clinics, Tournaments, Special Events and All Other Users

  • $75 per hour (private organization booked through nonprofit)

Turf Fields* (for CCSD and Town Recreation)

* 24 hour cancellation required unless weather related.

Fees for Community Sports Programs and Clubs (must be comprised of at least 70% of participants who reside in the District)

School District Residents:

  • Indoor Teams: $15 per participant per program per fiscal year
  • Outdoor Teams: $17.50 per participant per program per fiscal year

Non-School District Residents:

  • $50 per participant per program per fiscal year

Custodial Fee 

Non-School Days (Weekends, Holidays (not including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday), Summer):

Hourly Custodial Overtime Fee when applicable

  1. Outside Users: No Charge (currently included in administrative fee)
  2. Inside Users: Custodian ($70 per hour, when no custodian is on duty)

Field Lights

At Cost ($12 per hour)

  Town Camp and Town Summer Camp - TBD

Late Payment Fee

After 90 days of overdue payment for facilities use a 3% per month fee will be added to the invoice. No additional facilities use will be permitted until the overdue payment is made in full.

Exempt Organizations

The following organizations are exempt from user fees: PTA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Chappaqua Schools Green Fair Committee, Coalition for Youth, Chappaqua School Foundation, Booster Clubs, Horace Greeley Scholarship Fund, League of Women Voters, Alumni Groups, Chappaqua Public Library.
